1. Acceptance of Terms
By using IDCPilot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. License & Use
We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use the Platform for business delivery management. You agree not to reverse engineer the Platform or use it for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
3. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from compromised user accounts.
4. Data Ownership
All operational data entered into the Platform remains the property of the respective IDC (Independent Delivery Contractor). IDCPilot acts as a data processor and does not claim ownership of your business data.
5. Limitation of Liability
IDCPilot is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or profit) arising from your use or inability to use the Platform.
